I have given illustrated public addresses and lectures on the history of zoology, Darwin, Darwin’s predecessors, Darwin’s influence on literature, curiosity and on the conditions that have lead to innovative thinking at Oxford, Cambridge, the Sorbonne, New York and Heidelberg, to members of the public and to members of many international interdisciplinary institutes.
